The IDS Falcon and Eagle frame grabber family provides up to 4 parallel video inputs and is available for the PCI or PCI Express interfaces.

The Aphelion driver lets the user control all frame grabber features from the Aphelion graphical user interface and the Aphelion ActiveX components, and allows the display of live images in almost real-time on a PC screen.

The following capabilities are controlled from the Aphelion drivers for the IDS Falcon and Eagle frame grabber boards:

• Live image and snapshot captures
• Video input selection
• Image format selection including PAL and NTSC
• Color or monochrome
• Gamma, Hue, and Saturation
• Gain and Brightness
